Studies say that eight in 10 people experience stress in their daily lives and have a hard time relaxing their bodies and calming their minds, which puts them at high risk of heart disease, stroke, and other illnesses.
I was among those who could not calm their minds and put their health at risk. I have experienced migraines and insomnia for a long time. Until I started to meditate (mindfulness) and Yoga, after some time, I could sleep and the migraines just disappear.

Meditation has multiple benefits, including lowering stress, improving immune function, and slowing mental ageing.

This old practice has become one of the most popular ways to relieve stress. Meditation can take many forms and can be combined with many spiritual practices, such as Divine Plan Healing.
