“Yoga allows you to
find a new kind of freedom
that you may not have known even existed”
B.K.S. Iyengar

Participate in Traditional Hatha Yoga
I teach traditional Hatha yoga, which is a very complete traditional discipline, that seeks the connection between body and mind. You significantly release stress by practising asanas and meditating. Everyone can practice, regardless of age, flexibility and fitness level. Everybody is welcome and it is beneficial to all!
Yoga lessons and workshops are done via Zoom. Each Yoga lesson lasts approximately 1 hour.
This is what you can expect during a 1 hour Yoga lesson:
- We start the session by setting an intention for the practice.
- 10 minutes warming up of the main joints and muscles, to prevent injuries.
- Around 40 minutes of asanas (poses) including a small meditation.
- 5 minutes of Pranayama (breathing exercise).
Pranayama are simple breathing exercises, which help us to:
- Balance our breathing
- Purify the respiratory tract and lungs
- Boost blood circulation and blood purification
- Ensure proper circulation of body fluids, benefiting the digestive process
Leading to relaxation, happiness, and alignment.
